Terms & Conditions Agreement for Pet Relocation
- 1. Quotation to be acknowledged & signed if acceptable and returned together with this form to us with a deposit payment as confirmation of our service. For shipment via manifested cargo, prices may change subjected to the new freight rate issued by airlines at the time of freight booking.
- 3. Any balance of payment MUST be paid at least Seven (7) working weekdays prior to departure or arrival of pet. In the event that payment is not received before Seven (7) working weekdays as stipulated, EVo Moves Company Limited has the right to terminate the agreement and to forfeit the deposit.
- 4. 2% interest per month will be imposed on all unpaid outstanding invoices.
- 5. In the event that the Owner/Client cancels the accepted quotation, the Owner/Client is liable to pay EVo Moves Company Limited, a cancellation fee of minimum USD 100 and all other expenses incurred to the day of cancellation or any other fees as stated in the quotation.
- 6. Depending on which country your pet(s) are relocating to, at least Seven (7) months to a minimum of Five (5) weeks' notice is required prior to departure of pet(s).
- 7. Pet airport transfer is available at a fee. EVo Moves Company Limited only allows One (1) pick up location. A multiple pick-up location is possible but not recommended as this will further increase the travelling time and fee. No passenger or luggage will be allowed on board.
- 8. In the event of multiple pick-up locations, additional charges will be imposed depending on the total pick up locations.
- 9. EVo Moves Company Limited reserves the right to change the type/size of the travelling crates subject to size and suitability in compliance with IATA latest rules. Airfreight charges will be charged accordingly and the cost of the new crate(s) will be borne by the Owner/Client.
- 10. In the event that the travelling crate(s) provided by Owner/Client are not in accordance to IATA and/or Airlines acceptance rules, a new travelling crate will be provided and the cost of the travelling crate will be borne by Owner/Client. EVo Moves Company Limited and/or its Agents will NOT be held responsible in the event of any delays or change of flight.
- 11. Your pet(s) will be up-lifted upon receipt of full payment and upon acceptance from the Airlines concerned.
- 12. Departure or arrival of pet(s) must be on a working Weekday and Within Office hours, any departure or arrival after working hours or weekends and public holidays will incur additional surcharges.
- 13. In the event that an early morning flight before working hours, additional transport surcharges will be charged for Custom clearance prior to departure date.
- 14. All Agent fees are quoted based on working weekdays unless otherwise stated.
- 15. EVo Moves Company Limited will not be held responsible for loss, death, illness, injury or accidents due to any cause. Hence, it will indemnify EVo Moves Company Limited, its employees and representatives from any liability or legal proceedings arising from such transport incidents.
- 16. EVo Moves Company Limited will also not be held responsible for matters beyond our control: airline delays, change of aircraft, loss of veterinary documents by airlines or its Agents. In the event of a delay, additional charges for boarding at AVI (if applicable) and additional transport trips (if applicable) will be borne by Owner/Client.
- 17. Pet(s) must meet the requirements of final destination country. Any failure to do so would not enable the pet(s) to travel. No refunds will be made at such an event. The owner/Client will bear full costs for all additional expenses incurred.
- 18. Owner/Client must ensure that their pet(s) is free from all parasites. EVo Moves Company Limited will not be held responsible for any consequences whatsoever if pet(s) are found to have parasites.
- 19. Use of Owner/Client's preferred veterinarian and/or veterinary clinic is subject to both EVo Moves Company Limited and the veterinarian's time and availability. Additional charges may be borne for the use of Owner/Client's preferred veterinarian and/or veterinary clinic.
- 20. Owner/Client shall bear all additional expenses and pay additional professional fees, if any, if delays in departure date is at the request of Owner/Client or requirements not met.
- 21. EVo Moves Company Limited prohibits the use of any types of tranquillizers during flight. Where tranquillizers are needed or specifically requested, tranquillizers are STRICTLY to be arranged by Owner/Client's own veterinarian. EVo Moves Company Limited will not be held responsible for over/wrong dosage, side effects, death due to poorly administered tranquillizer and/or rejection by Airlines.
- 22. Pet Travel Insurance is not available through EVo Moves Company Limited, therefore, we will agree to the payment of additional charges should they be incurred, due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise due to factors which are beyond EVo Moves Company Limited’s control.

- 25. We are under no obligation to review current veterinary documentation and discuss about the process of your pet relocation until an official file has been opened with our coordinator and services commenced.
